Kaseri is a semi-hard cheese from sheep and goat milk with compact mass with no holes. It is produced in Macedonia, Thessaly, Thrace and Lesvos in Greece. It has a distinct aroma and mild taste. Kaseri is registered as a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). It has a long maturity period and has a rich full flavor.
